   I've taken this train on several occasions (approx 10) and it has only been on time twice. I just started working in the City and I hope this isn't the norm.

   I have been riding this train to work for three years now, some days it's slow and some days it's fast. I have one complaint about the NYC transit system as a whole. Whenever it rains, the trains are either rerouted or they shut the whole line down. This city is very vulnerable Pray everday before you get on and off the trains for your safety.
