Wellness Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays
2 - 4pm. Wellness Hours are a great time to bring your Pets in for vaccinations and deworming!

* Valid for Healthy Pets Only
* Pet must be presented during Wellness Hours
* First-come, first-served
We also, have Chicago Park District Permit Tags. Cost $5 Pet must be current on Vaccines.
