We provide information to newly formed business as to licensing and permits. We specialize in audit representation. A large number of our audit work comes from clients that had their income tax returns prepared through another firm. We prepare for the audit in the same manner that an IRS auditor is trained. We work closely with Attorneys in preparing Estate and Trust Accounting, in accordance with acceptable court requirements.
