Dr. Oleg Klempner has received a B.A. as well as D.D.S. degrees from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry in 1991. After completing Dental Residency at the Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania in 1992 he and our dedicated dental team have been serving Manhattan, Queens and the Greater New York community ever since.
