Physique Swimming offers a variety of swimming classes taught by certified & experienced instructors. Small class sizes allow for an individual approach to each swimmer's needs. The program is designed for swimmers to move to higher levels of instruction as they improve their swimming technique. Physique Swimming offers classes year-round, at all skill-levels, for all ages, allowing our clients to progress smoothly into skilled swimmers. Physique Swimming is also proud to offer a unique summer camp experience: Physique Swim Camp. The camp is in the heart of Battery Park City with instructional swim 2x a day, arts & crafts, soccer, baseball, badminton & more. We have 5 locations in New York City and 3 locations in New Jersey. Swimming isn't without effort, but at Physique, we make the process itself fun and rewarding, getting you results that reach well beyond the pool.
