Sonic Yoga is a lighthearted yoga community nestled in the heart of New York City's White-hot Hells Kitchen district. Sonic is known for teaching melting, rejuvenating, healing and, yes, even sweat-drenching physical, emotional and spiritual vinyasa (flow) practices. The wonderful teachers go out of their way to make the studio a true oasis for all abilities. Sonic offers special workshops for absolute beginners every week. Of course, the heart of Sonic Yoga are its teachers and its space. With two sun-washed practice rooms, the space just makes you say "ahhhhhh" and the compassionate and talented family of teachers make every practice a joy. Sonic also offers a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour program at reasonable tuition with a schedule designed to accommodate full-time careers.
