T-Poutine is a Canadian inspired eatery bringing Canada's signature dish, an indulgent savory French Fries topped with a layer of fresh cheese curds and gravy, to New York City. The basic Poutine formula will be further enhanced with a variety of add-ons and sauces that turn this humble "everyman's" dish into a potato fantasy experience.
