The Mac Support Store is Brooklyn's first Apple Authorized Service Provider. In 1996 Apple contracted the company to provide hardware repair service for Macintosh users in Brooklyn. The Mac Support Store or "MSS" is an Authorized Apple Reseller, and also provides professional data recovery and onsite service. The company is privately owned and operated in the Gowanus area of South Brooklyn.
