She is equally comfortable working to help rehabilitate injured clients, helping clients during and after pregnancy or simply challenging clients to move beyond their particular fitness plateau. The Pilates Boutique offers many group classes as well as several different types of equipment sessions. The equipment sessions offer more personalized instruction than the group classes.
