Tokyo Go-Go shines by keeping its menu fresh, creating dishes that show off the best available ingredients. One of the best things Park has added is the selection of specialty sashimi ($12 for one type of preparation/$33 for three), which comes on a three-tiered stand of the sort used for afternoon tea.
