Join us for the grand opening of Vue Restaurant! Brooklyn's newest rooftop restaurant and lounge, located atop the trendy boutique Hotel Le Bleu. Chef Chris Cheung who was the chief at Monkey Bar and the chief at China 1 in the East Village will be running the kitchen. His menu of New American dishes will include standards like filet mignon with grilled shrimp, baby back ribs, roast chicken and red snapper with Asian touches. These dishes can be enjoyed either in the 52-seat main dining room or on a sizable outdoor patio. The restaurant has a spacious outdoor patio and rooftop bar with spectacular views of Manhattan. Its modern decor, which includes a 30-foot granite bar, provides the setting for popular cocktails like mojitos and martinis. Bottle service is also available.
